Good website, effecttive service so far as I could tell. Only criticism is they supply only an email VAT invoice - either a hard copy by post or a pdf attachment to an email would be more effective.

The product was not what I had expected, but the issue that I have with this is that they will not refund money unless the product is faulty.

It was easy to shop from ordering to receipt of goods.

Excellent.....Ordered at 1:15pm on Monday, arrived at 10:30am following day, and that was standard delivery, and not the next day service. Thats great, especially as its christmas week.

You only really find out about how good a company is when something goes wrong. I ordered a 16 port managed switch (on Friday, arrived Monday) which was far too noisy when powered up, and I had to send it back. I reported it yesterday and collection is arranged for today. It doesn't get much better than that!

Dreadful company, AVOID like the plague. You have been warned, especially if something needs replacing/returning/refunding, even if only after a few weeks and within the warranty!

Transaction with merchant was fine. The courier company they use (CityLink?) let them down. The order comprised 3 boxes. Only two were delivered at first with the courier leaving a 'not able to deliver' slip for the third (once he discovered his mistake). The process to reclaim the 3rd package from the courier's office (although their fault) took over 2 hours. Other ppl at the courier's office reported similar issues.

Website easy to use, with good descriptions of the products. Goods arrived with 2 days of ordering. This was the second time I've used them and on both occassions the service has been faultless.
