I was happy with how quick I got some of the products I ordered but unfortunately I received a letter to say that the trousers were no longer in stock and if they get anymore they will forward them on. This is inconvenient. It should have stated this on their website when the order was placed.

the 3 things I tried to order were out of stock and no where did it say when they would be in stock so that I could reorder.

it is easy and staight foward to shop with Kays,although i do not like the way the new accounts page is. it was far better the old way.

could not access internet site - new account number not acceptable. Promotion code i used for 10% off was not accepted on site. All in all - unacceptable!!!

when I tracked the order it said a week later. When they phoned about the delivery they said between 7 and 8 in the morning which was accurate as the driver was on time. It was better than having to wait in all day.

Goods unavailable were not instantly shown online, a letter was recived to advise they could not supply - but this was received very quickly and was completely acceptable. I would continue to order online in the future.

overall the service i have received from kays has been ok i have shopped with kays for five years now

Courier messed up order to me ot would arrive on a certain day, I contacted them in afternoon for them to inform me my product had not been put on the lorry.

I have to be honest and say that 75% of clothing i ordered was of poorer quality on receipt, than portrayed in the catalogue, and, consequently overpriced.

I would shop with Kays always, because I have had such good service in the past. However, nowadays it takes forever for an article to arrive. I am still waiting for the mattress, which is really annoying as guests arrive next week. I do find the new site harder to find my way around. I could not find the tracking, nor the detailed statements, so have to try again. I like the rest of the site and the shopping is very easy.

As I now use the Internet to buy from Kays I find it very good. I know immediately if goods are in stock and if there is a delay I can track it easily. I pay my bill via telephone banking as I had problems with paying on-line, but again I find the whole thing so easy.

Excellent service every thing ordered arrived either on time or shortly after.Ordering by phone or internet was hassel free will definately be using Kays lifestyle again.

I received my trainers very quickly, which was excellent customer service.

The items were promptly received this time. Sometimes there is a delay and I had a major problem trying to purchase a chaise longue earlier this year. Sometimes the products are not as well-made as they look in the photos. The website will not allow me to enlarge pictures of clothes, for some reason it works for other items. Often the clothes are not shown in alternate colourways.

Don't order much but what I have ordered I have been satisfied with and with the service.

Shopped online so no problems, but, my parcel was put inside the out door cupboard without a card being put through my front door. This parcel could have been in there for two days without my knowledge, very, very disappointed!!

Nearly always arrives before the date specified and i am informed if there is likely to be a delay. I find shopping with kays to be completely satisfactory

The website is very easy to use and navigate. I would have liked to see more pictures and better detail of the products that I looked at.

absoutly utterly crap, stuff is so expensive for what it is, have just about stopped shopping with them, the quality has deterotaed over the yrs,service nearly non exhistant, and lost all interest in them, sizing very poor, and just not nice any moe. dont really want anything more to do with it

I get fed up of them never either having the popular Summer clothes in stock or if not in stock then they cannot get replacement supplies. Its the same every year no matter how quickly you try to order and its such a nuisance. They know all the nice stuff is going to get hit on so why don't they take account of this and order extra supplies yet every year its the same thing all over again.

I ordered the shirt as I was going to a wedding & hoped that there would be enough time as delivery stated 2 - 3 days it actually arrived the following morning only 11 hours after ordering that is quality service .
