i have never had a problem. the service is excellent and the product is the only one that my printer will accept in place of original cartridges. the print quality is exceptionally good. i have always recieved my order within a few days even with the current postal strikes. telephone queries are always dealt with efficiently by friendly operators. to sum up it is the best service and product i have found and i have recommended inkcycle to all my friends. thankyou for an excellent product and completely trustworthy team .
