A bit disappointed in the order as when I ordered the Tee Shirt it didn't say that it was out of stock. Also, I did not receive a confirmation email from them to say that the order had gone through so did not know if it was successful or not!

I ordered my goods easily and received an e mail to confirm the order. I then received an e mail to say that the goods had been despatched. However, at the point of receiving this survey request, I have not yet received my goods

I would have liked to have been told (and, if I was, it certainly wasn't clearly enough) that the t-shirts I ordered were on a 14-21 day delivery! That's ridiculous for a t-shirt. There was no indication that what I wanted was out of stock, so no idea why there is such a delay. It's taken two days to for them to get around to shipping a t-shirt that was available straight away - not good enough when truffleshuffle do same day despatch. I will probably shop with them again but will pay much more attention to delivery and, if they can't improve, then I'll not bother again.

An enjiyable shopping experience

Delivery times are a bit slow by usual standards online. It takes several days for the company just to dispatch. Some of the products take weeks to arrive and this information isn't available at the time of purchase only afterwards. If you don't mind waiting a bit though everything else is fine and I can recommend the company.

Dissapointed in time taken to receive order (nearly 2 weeks). Quality seems O.K. Would prefer a heavier material, but like many of the designs so will probably order in the future and assume that my late order was a one off unavoidable occurance.
